Within walking distance of the Lac de Vassivière Lake this small bungalow is located, hidden behind a conifer hedge. The white stucco walls and wooden shutters of the the bungalow instantly give you a holiday feeling.

You enter the house in the general living space. There is a seating area with a fireplace in the middle of the side wall. On the other side is a smart, modern kitchen corner unit installed. The kitchen has a sink, cooking and oven combination, space for a microwave and dishwasher. In the middle is enough space for a dining table. The living has at the front and the back french doors. There are two bedrooms, that also have french doors. The bathroom is small but clean and modern in style and is equipped with a toilet, shower and sink. There is a small closet for cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. The house has a light tiled floor and is very nicely finished. An ideal holiday home for those who want to enjoy right away!

Besides the house a garage that is only accessible from the outside. By car you can't access the garage because of the garden lay out. You can use the garage for storage of garden furniture, bicycles and (garden) tools.

The garden is south-east facing. Here you'll have many barbeques and also read many books in the sun. At the rear is another spot where you can relax, but the large spruces in the backyard of the neighbor have turned this into a shady spot. There is no track to access this back, you can only get here through the garage.

On the left is a neighbor. This house is like a 2 under 1 roof bungalow. Because of the separating conifer hedge it is very private and you can not see the neighbor.
