On the other side of the hallway, that divides the house, you will find two smaller bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is a separate toilet and bathroom with bathshower and sink. The adjacent kitchen is at a slightly lower level. What you notice instantly in this simple kitchen is the beautiful view. Washing up is actually a pleasure! All walls have cupboards, so you'll have enough storage space. Behind the kitchen is a storage room for extra storage and a washing machine. Through the kitchen you have access, again via a small staircase, to the guest wing.

There is a large living room with opening doors to the terrace. Next to it is another room. There is a spacious bedroom and a small office. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is a separate entrance to this part of the house. If you make a kitchen in the room next to the living room, the wing can be used as a separate gite. You can also use it as bed and breakfast accommodation with a common space, for their guests or just for leisure. The choice is yours!

The entire house has wooden doors, which gives the house a rustic appearance.

The area covers 4,980 square meters. The area behind the house, partly in use as a vegetable garden, is flat. The front of the site is gently sloping. On the side is a double garage. On this side are also a number of apple trees. You can realize a terrace at the front, accessible from the living room. You can do the same for the living room in the guestwing. The house is west facing and has serene views of the village, meadows and trees. The house is tidy and can be occupied immediately, but some aspects still need some finishing.
