A former farmhouse consisting of a house, large barn and a porcherie. Fully built with characteristic stones and well positioned to each other. The house has wonderful views over the Limousin countryside. A complex with many possibilities!
The house is located in the middle of the complex. It's not large, but has many authentic details! There is a large living room with a central fireplace. The large wooden beams, stone walls and panel doors create a lovely authentic atmosphere. There is a small wooden platform for a seating area. The kitchen consists of no more than one sink and one cuisinière. The kitchen has a tiled floor. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with a boiler. On either side of the fireplace are two beautiful doors. At the front is a bedroom with fitted wardrobe with panel doors and a niche cupboard. This section has an old wooden floor. On the other side of the chimney the bathroom and separate toilet are. The bathroom has a bath with the casing still missing and a sink. The attic is now only accessible from the outside, but would lend itself very well to extend the living space. Access can be created from the storage room. Under the house is a basement.
Beside the house is a porcherie. Unfortunately, it is not in the same state as the house. You can use this building for many purposes, but before you can actually use it, there is still some work to be done! Opposite the porcherie is a large barn. You will never experience a shortage of storage!
The plot covers 4126 square meters and is mostly located in front of the house. On the border there are several apple trees. Because the terrain slopes downward it has a magnificent view over the meadows. The views are just fascinating! The buildings are positioned in such way that the house is completely private. There is still some work in the house that needs finishing and adjusting, but you can do this at your own pace, while enjoying your second home in France.
