This place makes you feel like you have travelled back in time. The last 100 years nothing has changed in this house. The old boulders that people have lived many years ago still form the carpet. The beams and the old wooden doors, everything is ancient. Upon entering it is immediately clear that the house has not been occupied in recent decades. The house is not habitable in its current state. There is no sanitation, no kitchen and in many places the glass in the windows is missing.
This is a real renovation project. The house and barns have great potential. But you must not be afraid of work or hiring people to do the work, because lot needs to be done before the building meets the present day requirements.
The house is 6 meters deep and 14 meters wide and is divided by a large hall that runs through the middle. On the ground floor there are three large rooms and a storage room that is accessible from the kitchen. There are four rooms on the first floor, one accessible from a hall room. This room is also accessible from the kitchen.
The attic does provide extra storage space, but is not high enough to stand up.
Built onto the house is a large stone barn. Opposite the house is half open large stone barn. On the west side of the house is a small semi-open barn. By the placement of the buildings a courtyard was formed. On the south side you have a very nice view over the Limousin countryside. This is an ideal place for a lovely terrace or garden.
The total area is approximately 4,665 m2. Enough space for a vegetable plot or even to keep some animals.
