Very nice town house, fully renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Beaune. Many elements of old characters (wooden beams, parquet floor, pointed, stone wall etc).
The unique situation is that you are near the centre of the cosy town of beaune, known as the wine capital of Burgundy, and have a garden to enjoy that glass of wine.
Access to the house is via a courtyard, giving the house a quiet location and parking space. From the Hall you can access the kitchen, dining room and separate toilet. The boiler room doubles as storage room.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (central unit) with electrical domestic of excellent quality (American fridge, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, hotplate, extractor). A door window allows direct access from the kitchen to the garden.
From the kitchen, after a few steps you can access the living room which also has direct access to the garden. It has a fireplace with an insert (new). Then the dining room is large, and accesses to a stone cellar well renovated that can make room for a wine tasting or any other idea. Behind this cave there is a large windowless room storage (garbage..).
From the entrance, a character staircase serving the first floor. It consists of a very large landing which links the various parts. There is a small bedroom or office, a dressing parental, separate toilet, a bathroom (bath, shower), a vestibule, a large master bedroom and second bedroom. All rooms have wood paneling and old cupboards built.
Since the second room, you can access to an additional bedroom with en suite shower and toilet independent (to review).
The garden is closed and quiet, facing west.
From the garden, one reaches a dependency on two floors that can be fully equipped for more space, or guest rooms.
From this building, or from the first floor of the main house, there is access to an attic ready to be (new roof and skylight in place).
