The house and garden are completely secluded behind walls and hedges. Entrance to the house is through the door into the small house adjoining the main house. The WC is opposite and to the left there are a cellar/storage room, the door for the stairs to the attic and a bedroom. Then, with one room leading to the next there is a large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and hob, followed by the living-room/ salon with its French style beamed ceiling and a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room with toilet. These last 3 rooms receive a lot of light as they have windows to the East and the West.
To the right of the entrance door there is a large room, at present used as a laundry room and behind a shower room and the a room with the boiler. This could easily be made into a third bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Access to the 100m2 attic is from the entrance hall, it covers the whole length of the main house and has 2metre high walls and beautiful beams. Renovating the attic would double the habitable surface.
The mature secluded garden is set with numerous fruit trees, large trees and a wide variety of plants and shrubs. There is an ornamental pool, which can be used to water the garden. A stone shed is used for storage of gardening tools.
