In the castle the two wings are developed into three floor independant houses.
On the ground floor, with access to the garden there is a living area, with separate kitchen, toilet for guests.
On the first floor two bedrooms that share one bathroom with toilet.
The third floor has a large area for one to two bedrooms in the eaves of the castle. Bathroom with toilet.
As an option you can choose to have your own pool for an additional 29 900euros VAT inclusive.

The development
Located in the village of Lézignan-la-Cèbe, on a hill overlooking rooftops of the neighboring houses, just 5 minutes from medieval Pézenas.
Two sets of property are built around the Château des Roches Fleuries. Le Potager has five units facing southwest; Le Sud has five units on a hillside, so that the top floor has access to the south facing garden and pool. In the castle two further exclusive units are offered.
On the grounds a common pool will be offered, with a kids pool and pool house. Parking area for all owners, and small storage boxes for your surf board, bike etc.
This renowned developer also owns a spa and health resort in Pézenas, so if you choose to become a member you will be entitled to use their facilities at reduced rates.

The company offers a management contract to fulfill the following: Welcoming of tenants, handover service, house cleaning, private garden maintenance and pool maintenance.
