This house was built in the 70's near a village with amenities by someone who had his own business. What immediately strikes you here, is the care taken by the current and past owners in the maintenance and the presentation of their property, inside and out. There is another quirky detail in this house : the staircase is located inside an indoor circular tower. It leads down directly into a spacious double garage that has an electric door and a workshop corner. The roof of the house was completely changed in 2011, as well as all the openings to have them fitted with up-to-date double glazing and a new electric heat pump was also installed, on top of the existing oil fired central heating system, which can also be used. On the outside, a gated tarmaced private driveway takes you from the street to a large front yard that is also tarmaced. The property is entirely fenced in and nice big tree hedges keep you away from peering eyes. There are two small outbuildings in the garden, a 12 sqm (130ft²) greenhouse and an 11sqm (118ft²) tool and wood shed. The grounds surrounding the house are 3250sqm (0.8 acre) and immaculate. They are made up of a lawn and ornamental trees.

You are two minutes' away from the village's amenities and about 10 minutes from Limoges South shopping centre, so you're not isolated but close to a thriving community.
