Un département dynamique d'où les vins les plus célèbres de Bourgogne proviennent, avec Beaune pour capitale viticole. Quant à Dijon, la capitale régionale, elle est imprégnée d'histoire en particulier celle des Ducs de Bourgogne.
It is entered from either the courtyard to the basement with a workshop, cellar and a large laundry area or from a side entrance to the upper ground floor hallway reception.
The upper ground floor offers a bright and spacious open-plan living area incorporating the entrance hallway, a sitting and dining area and a fitted kitchen. It also has access to a balcony that overlooks the village and the River Ouche. This open plan area has exposed oak beams and a modern Burgundy fireplace with inserted log burner. In addition, there is a bathroom and toilet and a bedroom.
The second upper floor has two bedrooms one which has access to a small balcony. There is also a shower room and toilet.
The house has an adopted garden at the front and side which is preserved by the local council. A very clean, organised and nicely decorated house with good sized rooms providing plenty of natural light.
