The furthermost department of Burgundy, with Chalon sur Saone as its main city, and Macon as its capital. Loved because of its Rivers and canals and the many cycle routes along them. This is where the caretaker and his wife live for the castle Dracy le couches. they are now retired and want to find a smaller house. It is situated at the entrance of the village, with the castle to the back. The house is in good condition, but a new family will want to modernise the house.

Attached to the house to the other side of the kitchen, are a workshop/garage, an above ground wine storage area, and the boiler room. The house is heated with an oil burning boiler.

Detached from the house a relative new garage with place for two cars.

The house is connected to mains drainage. Roof and outside rendering are recent. Some windows are double glassed, but most are single pane.
