The main feature is that large terrace, with pool to the side and views to the valley from both. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area. Wind breakers at the terrace cater for privacy and a micro climate.
Entrance to the house is via hallway. To the left the salon, with sliding doors to the terrace. On the far wall a traditional stone fire place. On the hill side the dining area, and then onto the wel equipped kitchen, separated from the dining area by a bar. In the hallway guest toilet and downstairs shower, and then the utility room for storage, laundry and the gas fired boilers. Next to the hallway the present owner has a bedroom, but this can also well be an office. The inside hallway gives also access to the garage. Actually it is possible to enter the garage, and discharge your shopping in the utility area.
White wooden stairs lead to the upstairs floor. here first a large mezzanine area, used as a second salon. On this floor three bedrooms and a large family Bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and those great views. The second bedroom is large enough to host a billard table now.

The house is warmed with propane gas efficient boiler installed end of 2016.
The garden is decorated with fountains and decorative bushes. there is no grass, as we are on an incline. There are though two level parking areas, one near the access and another in front of the house.
A unique spot in between two well known wine towns, and house with nothing to do.
This historic town and the wine producing villages which surround Beaune need no introduction, and for the wine enthusiast, only a vineyard location will do.
