The beaches of the Salagou lake, the Mediterranean Sea and the historic towns of Béziers and Montpellier (each with a TGV station and an international airport) are, located at respectively, a 15 minute’s, a 45 minute’s, a 30 minute’s and a one hour's drive. Bédarieux is accessible by good roads, a railway station and several bus routes. As the plot adjacent to a stream, it has an easy access to water which guarantees the garden to be always beautiful green and fresh. The adult Mediterranean vegetation is present in abundance and includes, among various flowerbeds, a lawn, hedges, oleanders, olive trees and pine trees. Close to the river are numerous beautiful leave trees where rare birds find their nest. Between the house and the stream is set, the independent and to be restored, garden house. On the South-western side of the house, just next to the summer kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven is situated the spacious and well-built pool of 12mx 5,5 m. The pool is sustainably built in concrete blocks and features a liner, a chlorine sand-filter and a winter cover. The technical area for the pool with a comfortable height is very spacious and partially underground. The terraces around the pool are covered with natural stones and an outside shower. The large dimensions combined with the central and privileged location close to many amenities make the villa ideal for a permanent residence, but also ideal as a comfortable holiday home with excellent rental potential.
