Entrance is via an oak door into the hallway with stone floor. Then the large L shaped living room; with in one corner the salon with fire place and the dining area in the other corner. This room is light thanks to its large french windows facing south and the views.

The kitchen is off the dining room, it was re equipped and furnished in 2006. Off the entrance hall way also the room used as office.

A separate hallway leads on to four bedrooms, and bathroom and toilet/cloak room. Two bedrooms have French windows, giving access to the terrace. At the end of this hallway, stairs down to the basement.

Upstairs under the eaves there is a large space with living room, and 6 bedrooms in total, shower room, wash room, and toilets. This extra “habitable” space of 100m2 has not been counted in the total of the house, as it is not heated or insulated today, but can easily be brought to today’s living standards. This space was used by the grape pickers in harvest time, so is usable, but simple in comfort.

In the basement the large wine making and storing area of 125m2, garage of 30m2 and utility area for the oil fired heating.

House was built in 1978 with sturdy materials, the property is in good structural condition, but its date shows in the decoration. But then an easy task as this is just painting and deco work.

The house is connected to mains drainage. The windows have electric shutters.
