This property is located on the edge of a hamlet, in the middle of the Limousin countryside. The house has a central entrance with on the right a spacious kitchen (20 m²) with French doors to the terrace. On one side with a sink and several simple kitchen cupboards and a stove. The garden is fenced by a fence and a partially decayed stone wall. There is a shrub and a tree, otherwise it is lacking in the decoration of the garden. With some Hydrangeas or other (flowering) shrubs you can make a maintenance-friendly but (more) attractive garden without much effort. The house also has a barn of approximately 36 m² of floor space. This lies with the back to the house and is accessible from the other side. An intermediate wall has been placed. The left part has to be demoulded and the old floor boards and beams removed to be able to serve as storage space again. The barn is connected on one side to the barn of the neighbours. Both the house and the barn are equipped with a tiled roof. The house is neatly inhabited, but can use an update. You can also do this job room by room. The geyser in the kitchen needs to be replaced. There is an old septic tank, but the house can be connected to mains in the near future (2018-2019). There is no question of a busy main road, but you will occasionally see a car passing by. If you plant some shrubs in the front yard, you sit on the terrace without being seen. From the house you can make various walks. The nearest shop and bakery are located a few minutes away in the village of Nedde. The large supermarket is located in Eymoutiers, which is about 15 minutes away by car. The tourist Lac de Vassivière is within 10 minutes.
