We have here a pretty semi-detached stone house that would make happy holiday makers! This space is on the same level as the first floor on the left-hand side of the house. Outside, there is an adjoining stone wood shed at the back of the house that is great to store garden tools or your bicycles. On the front of the house, there is a private courtyard to park your cars and on the other side of the small access road, there is another plot of ca. 500 sqm (5400 sqft). In front of the house a second plot of ca 2793 sqm with a big barn, ideal as a garage and to stock your materials or wood. An easy-to-maintain meadow behind the house forms the major part of the land available. The property's attic floors are insulated. Roofs and walls are in good condition. A full but simple renovation was done in the mid-nineties (including UPVC double glazing throughout, gas-fired central heating, concrete under floor, tiled ground floors, new bathroom, etc.) with a view to renting out and the place was indeed rented full time until very recently. As far as necessary repairs are concerned, the interior decoration has to be updated but no building work is needed. Electrics work but some malfunctions need to be removed.
