This village house is fully adapted to contemporary requirements; is located in the middle of the village but peacefull.
You would not suspect from the street side what a spacious house is hidden behind.
You enter the hall with a room on the left which is now used as an office, but which can also serve as a bedroom.
Right next to the stairs to the first and second floor of this house. Down the hall on the left the boiler room and next to it a bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet.
Straight from the hallway you enter the aforementioned winter garden. A spectacular space of 40 square meters. Suitable for presentations, receptions, group meetings or as a wonderful orangery. On the side of this winter garden is the staircase that leads to the basement.
In this basement you will find the oil storage for the central heating and also a separate modest wine cellar.
From the winter garden straight on you enter the house which is located on the garden side. Here you will find a large attractive living room with a wood stove and a open kitchen. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances. The garden side of the living room is fully equipped with windows, making it a wonderful bright room, with a view of the enclosed courtyard.

In the house on the garden side, the stairs to the floor are located on the side of the kitchen. Here is also a practical walk-in pantry.
Via the stairs in the tower, you reach the first floor. The landing leads to a door that leads to a balcony. Convenient to dry laundry, enjoy the spring sun, or bring an obade to your loved one.
From the landing you enter the so-called. orange room. A spacious bedroom with the roof beams in sight. This L-shaped room has a large walk-in closet and adjoining a huge bathroom with double sink, toilet, a king-size bath and rain shower.
