Opposite the living room is the new and modern kitchen in a corner unit. Also here a nice view. At the back of the hall is the bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a vegetable garden and there is a fish pond at the front of the house.  From the French balcony at the front there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.  Surroundings The centre of Peyrat-le-Château is a few minutes' walk away. Here too there is a swimming lake. In summer there are many brocante markets in the neighbourhood. In Peyrat-le-Château there are bakers, a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. It is possible to get a croissant on foot! The house is at a 10 minutes drive from the famous Lac de Vassivière. This is a large reservoir (9,76 km2) with many water sport possibilities.
