The second bigger house to renovate has 3 rooms, of approx .25 m ², 18m ² and 16m ². It has a large fireplace. The roof is in good condition.

The ruin behind the house was an old barn for small animals.

The carport opens to the inner courtyard and has a surface of 20 m² with space for 2 cars.
