The estate comprises, all plots together, of 8 hectares, on a beautiful location with fantastic views on the Mont Ventoux, the surrounding hills and the beautiful and world famous Provencal countryside.

Building permit:
There is a permit to construct a building with of 275m2 surface area and 9 metres in height. Taken into the account the exceptional location, a building permission on such a property is quite special. This permit allows different types of buildings. The part of the property where the permit applies is located in a NCh area (NCh : area where only agricultural buildings or buildings used for farm personnel or tourist activities are allowed).
Agricultural equipment: The sale includes a number or agricultural machines in excellent condition for instance, 2 Renault tractors. A complete list of the equipment will be included in the preliminary sale agreement.

The vines mainly consist of Syrah and Grenache but also the much appreciated Caladoc. The plots are in an excellent condition and are located close to the main house. In addition to the plots belonging to the estate, 2 hectares of the property are leased. The whole property yields about 40.000 to 50.000 bottles.
The current owner farms more for pleasure than out of need but his know-how and love of vines have resulted in a great quality wine with lots of room for development. He has chosen to farm biologically but he doesn’t have and an official trade mark.
