The house was built in the early 1970s and consists of a ground floor, built in concrete, and a ground floor built of wood. This unique construction gives an additional "key" to the house resulting in a unique charm and a sense of well being as soon as one walks through the door.

The house offers a living area of 130 sqm composed as follows:

In 2010 the house has undergone an extensive renovation. During the renovation many items were changed such as the electrical system (including many of the cables, wiring and heating), much of the plumbing and sanitary. The roof and added insulation in the roof and in the walls were also revised.

The result of the renovation offers a well-kept and tastefully designed house in which one can immediately enter and feel directly and comfortably at home. The garden (1181 m²), relatively easy to maintain, is voluntarily left "natural" with its Mediterranean vegetation such as pines, oaks, lavender, rosemary and thyme. Despite the fact that the house benefits of a neighborhood (at a distance) in this area of good standing, one here has a real feeling of being (alone) in the country side. On the terrace, with its southwestern exposure, there is a holiday atmosphere enhanced by the view of the pine forest in the background of the vineyards and the green hills of the Massif of Uchaux. And this at only 14 km from Orange with its access to the main highway to reach easily airports, TGV stations and cities such as Avignon, Nimes, Aix en Provence, Montpellier and Marseille.

The house is ideal as a primary residence but also as a second home with good rental yields prospects.
