This charming B&B or country inn is perfect for those that are looking for the perfect and professional B&B.

The building consists of a main house and a building purposely built for the B&B. The buildings are not very old, the main building has been built in the sixties and the B&B building in the nineties. Both buildings have been built in the old style with lots of character so you get very sound buildings but with the necessary charm. The main building consists of the owners' house, the dining room for the guests and one of the B&B rooms.

Lay-out: Entrance of different side of the building: in the living room at the street side, through the utility room, through the kitchen or directly in the dining room by the garden. Most of the time the owner enters through the kitchen. Large living kitchen with modern units, and island and fully equipped, the kitchen has access on one side to the dining room and to the other to the owners' living room. The dining is light and spacious and used for the breakfast of the guests and for dinners as well.

The living room on the other side of the kitchen is charming, large and with a double height ceiling with a mezzanine. A nice floor in tommettes and wood and a large fire place add the necessary charm. Of the liviing room a guest toilet. A hallway off the living room leads to a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and sink and further on to the utility room with the washing machine, the dryer and the central heating boiler.

From the living room stairs lead to the mezzanine, big enough for an office and to three further bedrooms and a shower room. These room are a not huge: 8,5m2, 10m2 and 7m2 but good as bedrooms are a study.

The B&B rooms: Côté soleil levant: Room 1 in the main building, a ground floor with access from the garden. 17m2 with shower room with toilet. Very light and pleasant.

Côté sud: Room 2, first floor B&B building, large room of 28m2 with small kitchen and shower room with toilet. Comfortable room.

Côté parc: Room 3, ground floor B&N building, 16m2, shower room with toilet, cosy room.

Côté jardin: Room 4, ground floor B&B building, big room with mezzanine, 4 beds, 23m2, shower room with double sinks and seperate toilet. Very light room.

All rooms have a little outside space, double glazing, central heating and have been tastefully decorated.

In the B&B building is a little wine cellar great for wine tastings.

The main building is located on a little lane (no traffic) with at the back the garden shared with the guests. On the side of the building is a parking space and a bike and wood shed. The main building has a garage that is used as a storage. The swimming pool 10x4 mtr. is located between the house and the B&B building and at the back of the garden is a little stable which could be used for a small horse or converted into a little guest house. At the back a chicken coop with provides resh eggs for the guests!

All in all a cosy B&B, easy to keep but also very succesfull. Everything is good condition.
