Old mill with guest apartment and car workshop

Entrance through the large garage with double gate and view. At the end, the wooden workshop. A door to the left leads to a 46m² living room with open kitchen and a wood stove in the middle and a mezzanine above. Fan of old cars and mechanics, the owner kept the mechanism, the axel and the wheal of the mill as decoration of the room. The guest apartment with its wood stove, is made of a large living room with a wooden staircase leading to a small mezzanine under the eaves with 2 beds. Here, the rustic style adds to the charm of the room. A door lead to a stone staircase situated at the front of the property, the independent entrance to the gîte.

From the small garden behind the guest apartment, there is an access to the car workshop, also accessible from the garage. This workshop in the wooden chalet, could also be converted into another dwelling with view on the garden. A kitchen corner with an access to a covered terrace is there for the nice summer days.
