On the total plot of 1.2 hectares you will find the caretaker's house (150 m2), the guest house (200 m2), a gite (60 m2), a wine cellar (30 m2), a veranda (40 m2), a (wood) workshop ( 100m2), a roofed shed (100m2), a swimming pool (10x5) with pool house, a jacuzzi, a leafy garden, an orchard, a large chicken coop, a meadow, a vegetable garden and various terraces.   In this Chambres d’hotes complex the guests do not stay in the managers' house. Both the managers and the guests have a lot of privacy. The property manager has a spacious living room, private kitchen, an office, bathroom with separate toilet and three bedrooms.

Maison d'Hôtes

There are 5 bedrooms in the guest house, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and good mattresses. In this house there is also a kitchen and a spacious shared livingroom with a table for 14 and a fireplace. The Chambre d’Hotes can also be used as a gite (14 people). The Maison d’Hôtes has a spacious attic with the possibility to create more rooms.  

There is a gite in the garden, which is suitable for two adults and two children and is fully equipped; a private kitchen, bathroom with bath, a washing machine and a private terrace with barbecue.

Camping a la ferme

This domain originally a farm offers the possibility to 'camp with the farmer'. Electricity has been installed in the orchard and there is a sink with cold water. In the Maison d'Hôtes there is an extra bathroom specially for camping guests.

The entire site and buildings are in very good condition and well maintained. There is a descaler for the drinking water. The sewage goes through septic tanks. There are two wood-burning stoves in the caretaker's house and a system has been installed that distributes the heat to the corridor, the bathroom and the master bedroom. Underfloor heating has been installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, there are a number of electric heaters in the guest house. In the living room in the guest house you will find a wood stove.
