The ground floor is tiled with 1970 white and brown colors.

The windows downstairs are double glazed.

In the back, a small laundry area which is not heated, a toilet and the pellet boiler room followed by a woodshed in an old stone building. The pellet boiler was installed in 2021 and heats both the radiators as well as the water.

Between the living room and the bedroom, stairs bring you to a landing with 2 steps up to the right to reach to a small room, which could be used as an office, or a walk-in closet or for a baby’s room, followed by a built-in closet and a bedroom. The room has a window and a door opening onto an outside stair giving a direct access to this room from outside. On the other side of the landing, 2 steps to the left, bring you to a corridor that open onto a vintage bathroom, a separate toilet, and 2 other bedrooms.

The last room has a big built in closet.

Upstairs floors are linoleum which were redone in 2017. Windows are single glazed, all facing east.

On the west side, a door opens onto a triangular terrace which needs a new railing and is perfect for sunset aperitifs in the summer.

The house has a front and back courtyard that join to the north.

On the other side of the public road, in the middle of a row of stone buildings, a stone house with a roof redone in 2010 is now used as a garage. It used to be a house as there are old burgundy stone tiles on the floor, an open fire chimney and a small back room with a window. Upstairs is an attic with a lined roof. The room has the stone chimney going through it. This could be converted into a small guest house with building permit required. There is no water or electricity, but all is available on the public road.
