The house is located behind the 13th century Notre Dame church and is within walking distance of the village shops and cultural activites.

In front of the house in a small area for a table and chairs, for enjoying a glass of wine, eating or just reading a book and watching the day go by. In addition, there is a plot of garden (328m2) down by the river which could make a great relaxing garden area or an orchard and vegetable plot.

Underneath the house is a vaulted wine cellar and storage area.

This a very charming house and the present owners have made a very pleasant small house, with a charming feel and ready to live in or to rent out for the summer season.
