YOUR SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT

Like most businesses across Europe, we have in place a Covid-19 policy to help limit the spread of this virus. It is important for us to ensure you are aware of the measures we have taken to keep all clients safe and well once visits are possible again.
YOUR SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
Covid-19 policy

The safety of our clients (buyers and sellers alike) and our staff is of paramount importance. And so, there are a few things that remain in place to help ensure that we all maintain hygiene, social distancing and protection when visiting.

First, where the agent, seller or prospective buyer or their family members are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been tested positive, the proposed visit must be cancelled.

It is essential from a social distancing point of view to restrict the number of people attending a visit and therefore these will be limited to a maximum of two people. Please note that we cannot do large family visits to properties during the pandemic.

Masks are to be worn during the visit and hygiene must be maintained by washing/sanitising hands before (and after) the visit. This applies to the agent, the seller, and the prospective buyer.

The prospective buyers must stay with the agent during the whole guided tour of the property and they should avoid touching surfaces.

To help with controlling the spread of the virus, clients are requested to advise the agency if they subsequently develop symptoms of Covid-19 or have been tested positive within two weeks of their visit.

The seller and the agency cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for the health of the prospective buyers, should any Covid-19 symptoms develop or test proved positive following their visit.
We are now using 360-degree photography to give you a full overview of the property and its key features, and we can organise virtual visits.

We can also help you to restrict your visits following your expression of interest to purchase by signing via an electronic tool called YOU SIGN. This is allowed for the listing contract, sales contract and other documents the real estate agency can handle. For the exchange of title at the Notary a power of attorney can be set up for the for the final sales signature. We also use the AR24 electronic registered mail service that uses several identification protocols and is recognised by French Notaries. Ask us for more information about this service and other ways we can help keep you safe.
