The furthermost department of Burgundy, with Chalon sur Saone as its main city, and Macon as its capital. Loved because of its Rivers and canals and the many cycle routes along them. A wide variety of landscpapes: The fertile Bresse plain to the east, the wine hills in the middle, and rolling country side with charollais cows to the west.

The village has an active communal life. With a general store and a catering shop at just 2km. The house is on a quiet road. The area is known for the charolais cows and horses grazing in this area. From the house beautiful views of the Dheune valley.

Entrance is via gate to a large courtyard, to the left the stone house with attached barn, to the right the studio and pool. To the front the views and fields.

The house was completely redone in 1992, by the previous owners. The dining room has unique coloured tiles. The kitchen is large enough for a breakfast table, it is sold furnished and equipped. The fields are enclosed by barbed wire, on the sides, and woods at the bottom. At the low end of the fields a small stream. A horse could stay here, but a stable is not present.

The vaulted wine cellar is clean and dry. It measures about 22m2.

House is on main drainage. The gas tank is to the back of the house in its own plot with actually extra parking space.
