The property is constituted of two former houses, the original house on the right is built above two cellars with access via a terrace, the second house on the left has direct access to the road on floor level.

The TGV station Montchanin is at 30 minutes’ drive with fast trains to Paris and Lyon. Basle is at 3 hour’s drive.
