Centrally located in southern Burgundy, the property is about 5 minutes’ drive from Joncy which has local shops and services, and 12 minutes’ drive from Saint Bonnet de Joux with its modern supermarket.

The house is normally entered by the spacious fitted kitchen, with room for a breakfast table. To one side is a bedroom and to the other is the cosy salon with fireplace. This leads to the dining room and an office, currently used as a child’s bedroom.

The house is centrally heated by the wood-burning stove in the living room and the windows are mostly double glazed.

The garden has a nice flat lawn and vegetable plot, with views over the rolling countryside. There is a small outbuilding and a covered area for storage of wood and garden equipment and furniture.
